Cancellation and Refund

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.

  • Once your order is shipped, cancellation is not allowed.

  • If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately after placing it at:

💸 Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed only if the order is cancelled before shipping or in the rare case of a defective or wrong item received.

  • If your cancellation is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

🔁 No Return/Exchange

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges unless:

    • The item is damaged upon delivery

    • The wrong product was delivered

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery for any such issues.
